We hand-check every delicate piece before shipping. Please allow:

  • 1-2 business days for order processing
  • Additional time during holiday seasons

Shipping Methods

We offer two elegant shipping solutions:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95)
    Via DHL or FedEx
    Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50)
    Via EMS
    Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: Some Asian and remote regions may not be serviceable.

We want you to adore your lingerie as much as we adore designing it. If anything doesn’t feel perfect, here’s how we make it right:

Return Basics

  • 15-day window from delivery date
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed with all tags attached
  • Original packaging required (except for final sale items below)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Swimwear with removed hygiene liners
  • Intimate apparel without original packaging
  • Maternity bras with removed padding

Refund Details
