At Hanky Panky Shop, we want you to love your lingerie as much as we love creating it. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, our returns policy is designed with the same care and attention we give to our delicate fabrics.

Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags still attached
  • In the original packaging
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear with removed hygiene liners or any intimate apparel without original packaging. Maternity bras with removed padding are also final sale.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Initiate your return: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and return request using our template below.
  2. Wait for approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Package your items: Carefully repackage in original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship your return: Send to our boutique address using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly indicate the replacement item(s) desired
  3. We’ll ship your new item once the return is received
  4. Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
